Melt a 12-oz bag of chocolate chips w/ 1/4 cup coconut oil, then pour small amounts inside 6 ice cream cones. Swirl cones to coat inside. Repeat until covered. Turn upside down to dip rims. Place upright to harden, then add coffee or espresso.
