Boil 1 1/2 cups water in a small saucepan. Then add 3/4 cup quick cooking oats and 1/2 tsp cinnamon. Lower the heat, cooking & stirring for just 2 or 3 minutes. To finish, pour oatmeal into a bowl & top it with nuts and drizzle some honey.
