Cut Cooking Time for Roasted Chicken by Filling the Bottom of the Roasting Pan With Water

Entrees

Place whole prepared chicken in a roasting pan and cover the bottom of the pan with water. Cover the chicken and bake a usual. This will cut down the cooking time and leave a hearty broth behind.
