Unlock Hidden Hero William Carter from The Bureau: Xcom

XCOM: Enemy Within

To unlock William Carter, go to your Barracks, select a hero unit, then go to the customize option and change his First Name to William and Last Name to Carter. He is an Assault Class pre-equipped with Titan Armor, Alloy Cannon, and Plasma Pistol.
