Homemade Ginger Tea – Loosen Up Phlegm and Clear Congestion

Cold Symptoms

Wash, peel and thinly slice some ginger root. Bring water and ginger to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about half an hour. Strain and stir in honey to taste. Enjoy hot, or chill and drink cold.
