Do Kegels to Improve your Bladder Health and Sex Life

Kegel exercises work on muscles in the pelvic region and increase their strength. While lying down, sitting or standing up, contract your pelvis floor muscles for 3 secs, then relax the muscles for 3 secs. Do this 10-15 minutes several times a day.

    Note:
    The next time you urinate, make it a point to figure out where the pelvic floor muscles are. You can do so by holding your urine halfway through urination, and see which muscles are helping you stop the flow of urine. These are the muscles you’ll need to target, Now, you're all set to do Kegel exercises!
