Move Text or a File from one Location to Another on a Windows Computer


Highlight the Text or Click on the File/Files you wish to move, now simply hold down the “Ctrl” key on your keyboard then press the “X” key. This will copy and delete the text or file(s) from its current location and allow you to paste it elsewhere.
